Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of ProFaces AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

ProFaces AI provides AI-powered headshot generation services. Users can upload photos and receive AI-generated professional headshots.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the generated content.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and lawful content
  • Respecting intellectual property rights
  • Using the service in accordance with applicable laws
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is required in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos. Generated headshots are owned by the user and may be used for personal and commercial purposes.

ProFaces AI retains all rights to the underlying technology and service platform.
